Service Description

You must have been through an initial induction before booking a members session. Please use the facility with respect for other customers and for the equipment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. Anyone who books appointments and doesn't show will be unable to access priority booking for 1 week. This means they will only be able to book slots on the day of and not the usual 72 hours before.
